Perfecta Eze-Puls, fondly known as Angel Mummy Meme, is the visionary founder of PACE Expressions Arts Foundation. What began in 2015 as a small community initiative in Alesa, Eleme LGA of Rivers State, has now grown into a fully registered nonprofit (since May 2022) committed to nurturing young talents through the performing arts.

Perfecta holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master’s Degree, and is currently concluding her Ph.D. in Theatre and Film Studies at the University of Port Harcourt, with a specialization in Theatre-in-Education (Children’s Theatre). Despite graduating in 2009 as one of the best in her class with a CGPA of 4.22 and making the Dean’s List, she chose not to pursue a conventional career but instead followed her passion working with children through the arts.

Since then, she has been actively managing school events, church programs, and children’s birthday celebrations, using her Theatre and Film Studies training to inspire creativity. In 2015, she began teaching local children dance and drama. This initiative quickly gained attention, leading to guest features on NTA Port Harcourt and RSTV’s children’s birthday celebration programs, Darlings of the Month and Stars of the Month.

Though the loss of her father and younger brother in 2019 led her to pause the programme, her relocation after marriage reignited her passion. She restarted the training in her new community, and the initiative has since flourished. Today, the children of PACE Expressions Arts Foundation perform at high-profile events such as weddings, church ministrations, and birthdays. Some notable invitations include performances at Glorious Life Gospel Center, Aba; Winners Chapel, Rumuokwurusi; and Pizzamore, Port Harcourt.

Under her leadership, PACE E has also hosted and managed impactful children’s events like the Children’s Jesus Festival (2020), Independence Day Children’s Arts Festival (2023) in collaboration with Lacec Model School, Ogale and Uniport’s Arts Theatre, The CRAB and the annual Children’s Day Arts Celebration (27th May).
