What we do
About Us
Our mission at PACE Expressions Arts Foundation is to enrich the lives of children, youth, and women through arts and cultural education. We are committed to providing a safe and supportive environment where individuals can explore their creativity, develop their talents, and build stronger communities.
PACE Expressions Arts Foundation was founded in May 2022 by a group of like-minded people who saw the need for more arts education and opportunities in our society. Our Board is made up of passionate individuals who are committed to our mission. Learn More
Our Foundation offers a variety of programs and services designed to enrich the lives of children, youth, and women in our community. We focus on three main areas: dance and drama, handcrafts, and cultural education.
Our handcrafts program teaches women and children how to create beautiful and unique crafts which are used as costumes, props, gift items and lots more, using traditional techniques. We believe that this program not only helps to preserve our cultural heritage but also provides women with valuable skills and economic opportunities.
Through our media program, we provide a platform for artists to showcase their talents and reach a wider audience. We produce and distribute digital content, including videos, podcasts, and social media posts, that showcase the work of our community members.
Our exhibition program provides opportunities for artists to display their work in public spaces, such as galleries, parks, and community centers. We believe that public exhibitions not only promote the arts but also foster a sense of community pride and engagement.
We also offer cultural education programs that teach children and youth about the rich history and traditions of Nigeria. Through these programs, we hope to inspire a new generation of leaders who are proud of their heritage and committed to building a brighter future for their communities.
